We're invited to work with others to create something bigger and brighter than we could ever do alone, and to remember that all people are on our team. There is no point trying to fight or outsmart each other. We are all in this together. There is no winning or losing, just teamwork.
Our teammates help draw out ideas we're carrying, they hold us accountable, and they inspire us to keep trying.
If there's something you've been wanting to do but you're afraid of doing it alone, bring in a team to work with you. And show up to support other people. Cheer from the sidelines and hop in the game when you're needed.
