It doesn't just happen once and then you're "fixed." It's a spiral, and you have to keep going. Contracting, expanding, resisting, flowing. The tendency is always towards healing and connection.

Remember that love and healing includes holding each other accountable and taking criticism so you can keep getting better (hella important for us, fellow white people).
