I'm Moriah Simmons, an intuitive reader, healer, and teacher. I bring a clear perspective and a gentle touch to my work, to help you connect with your soul's purpose. My highest level of service is empowering you to live your life as a whole and happy person. I hold space for healing, and give you my love and support, but you do all the healing yourself.

I use tarot as a tool to help you connect to your higher self and move towards the fullest expression of your soul's purpose. For me, tarot isn't about predicting "what will happen," because that gives away your power to a hypothetical future. We can look at what's on the way, but you always have the power of choice.

Tarot helps you connect with the present moment, and make informed choices that will serve your highest good. When reading for clients, I'm warm and down-to-earth, and I speak directly; there's no judgement, and no sugar-coating, just the space for you to be exactly who you are. In 2017, I completed the Brooklyn Fools 6-month tarot journey at Maha Rose, taught by Jeff Hinshaw and Lindsay Mack., to deepen my practice, and to bring that focus to my clients. In 2018 I attended a week-long tarot retreat with Mary K. Greer and Rachel Pollack at the Omega Institute.

I'm a certified Reiki Master, and I've studied independently with Margaret Indiana, and with Erika Spring and Lisa Levine at Maha Rose. Reiki is a way for me to work directly with a client's energy, and serve them in a calming, clearing, and non-verbal way. Energy work can clear blockages, and after sessions, clients often experience renewed vigor, creative inspiration, emotional freedom, vivid dreams, and feelings of peace, connection, and safety.
