Every Saturday 1:30-2:30pm at Brooklyn Strength, a beautiful private pilates and movement studio located on the Columbia Street Waterfront in Brooklyn.
This is an approachable, flexible meditation class for all levels. We'll practice techniques for exploring the mind and body to feel more relaxed, clear, and grounded. Each class consists of 2 or 3 different short guided meditations to try out. Meditation is a skill set you can develop, and anyone can learn to meditate. If you've been wanting to get started, this intro class is the perfect place to find support and community in your meditation journey.
